Order Processing
Every Gone Till Monday piece is made to order.
Once you place an order, it enters production — typically within 2–5 business days.
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your item ships.
GTM believes in intentional, low-waste production — quality over fast fashion.
Estimated Delivery
Most orders arrive within:

Canada & U.S.: 3–5 weeks

International: 4–6 weeks
- Some premium pieces (especially embroidered & outerwear) may take slightly longer
- Production & delivery times vary by product type & location

Carrier Delays
Some Canadian shipments may experience extended delivery times due to carrier delays (including the ongoing Canada Post disruptions).

Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on what you purchase and where it ships from.
This is normal and helps reduce waste & unnecessary transport.
Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and method.
Occasional free-shipping promos will be clearly marked when active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur duties/taxes depending on destination.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stalled Packages
Tracking not moving? Sometimes carriers pause updates mid-transit.
If there has been no movement for 10+ business days, contact us — we’ll help track it down or replace it.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot guarantee changes after submission, and are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
