Gone Till Monday reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the site or products without written permission.
All designs, logos, and creative assets are owned by Gone Till Monday and protected by copyright laws.
2. Accuracy of Information
We do our best to keep product details and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice — including after you’ve submitted an order.
3. Product Availability
Each item is made to order. Availability may change without notice. In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you’ll be contacted with the option of a refund or replacement.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
5. Orders & Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes can’t be made.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
7. Shipping Delays
Gone Till Monday is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (including the ongoing Canada Post strike). We’ll always do our best to keep you updated and ensure your order arrives safely.
8. Privacy
Your privacy matters. Any personal data you provide (like name, address, and email) is used solely to process orders, improve your experience, and send occasional updates if you’ve opted in.
9. Changes to Terms
Gone Till Monday reserves the right to update or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
